1.1. Eman Boutique is a luxury fashion brand specializing in modest clothing, hijabs, and accessories. 

1.2. All items are designed with a focus on quality, exclusivity, and customer satisfaction.

2. Use of Website:

2.1.  By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing with the supervision of a parent or guardian. 

2.2. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

3. Product Information:

3.1. All products are subject to availability unless it have OUT OF STOCK label.

3.2. While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings, at the time we are trying our best to have any differences between reality and photos. 

3.3. Some items, including limited-edition designs, are available for a limited time and may sell out quickly. 

4. Pricing and Payment:

4.1. All prices are listed in AED; Arab Emirates Dirham, and are inclusive of applicable taxes. 

4.2. We accept payments through all credit cards and ApplePay. 

4.3.  Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received or after any local/international holidays.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

5.1. We offer worldwide shipping "except US". Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and the product weighs; Inside UAE takes 2-3 working days/ Outside UAE takes 7-10 working days. 

5.2.  Once your order is dispatched, Eman Boutique is not responsible for anymore fees will be added by your country, like vat and duties.

5.3. Eman Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances. 

6. Returns and Exchanges:

6.1. Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the product, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, ONLY if you received the wrong item or a damaged item, other than this buying from Eman Boutique agrees that you are fine with NO RETURN OR REFUND. 

6.2. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. 

6.3. Shipping costs for returns "IF THE BOUTIQUE AGREED" are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

7.1.  All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Eman Boutique; any use without our permission will be legally questioned. 

7.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
