Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR A REEFUND

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guid you through the return process.

REFUND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

- Be unworn and unused. 

- Be returned in its original condo and packaging. 

- Have all original tags attached. 

- Show no signs of makeup, perfume, stains, washing, alterations, or damage. 

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Clearance and final-sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

Gift cards, customized or specially altered pieces are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether you refund had been approved. 

Approved refunds will be issued to be original payment method used for the purchase. 

please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued by Eman Boutique.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If you choose to return an item, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable. 

However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Eman Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.

Eman Boutique reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
