1. ORDERS & PURCHASES

All orders placed through the Eman Boutique website are subject to availability and confirmation. 

Once an order had been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in certain circumstances, including product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible. 

Slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the nature of handmade and embroidered details.

Each piece is created and presented with care, and minor variations in handmade embroidery or embellishment are part of its unique character.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on out website are in AED, unless otherwise stated. 

We accept online card payments & Cash on delivery within the UAE.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​

We offer delivery within the UAE and international shipping. 

UAE orders are delivered within approximately 3-4 business  days from dispatch. 

International orders are delivered within approximately 7-10 days from dispatch.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

Returns and exchanges are subject to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY.

Certain items, including clearance or final-sale pieces, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review the relevant product information before placing your order.

6. CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
